Landlords need a realistic, market-accurate valuation to understand their expected yield. We justify this figure using similar local properties and recent let data.

A thorough vetting process ensures reliable, long-term tenants who will pay rent on time and respect the property. We carry out credit checks, employment verification, bank statements and previous landlord references.

We have three different packages, our Full Management cost is 12%. Our Rent Collection Package is 10% and Tenant Find is £995. Other costs may apply.

With constantly evolving regulations, landlords want to know their property will meet strict safety and legal standards. We request all landlords provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), gas safety certificates, and tenancy deposits are protected in a government-backed scheme.

Landlords want to know we  handles arrears. Our  arrears process includes communication procedures, and interest charges. We do suggest other additional protections like Rent Guarantee Insurance.
